Sen. Barack Obama.
Is senator Barack Obama, the answer to America’s most troubling questions ranging from the war in Iraq to Health care and Social security policies at home? Will race still be a major factor in the 2008 presidential elections or does this skinny kid with a funny name really stand a chance?

I think if Obama is given the chance that he deserves, America will take a new turn of the century . But according to the way Americans vote especially in the Southern states, Its a huge task for the skinny kid self made lawyer from Illinois as he calls himself quite often to under- take. I never saw or rather knew racism till i came to America. Its rife and real and i Hope it doesn’t play a major role in decision making during the voting period. I believe America has come of age and people are More open to the Racial issues. Bill clinton was never in Congress when he became President. But he was a Governor of Arkansas. I don’t think Obama Being in Congress for one Term is not enough for him to lead America. The man stands a chance all he has to do is just sell his issues. I like his campaigning tactics and to answer your question I believe ,The new skinny kid in the block is yet to be reckoned. Way to go Mr. Obama. Lets wait and see the results come Nov next year.
