<description>This is a wonderful move for all our Kenyans students. The government should not limmit this program to only secondary schools but extend it to primary schools. With the introduction of free primary education, schools have been overcrowded than ever with limited teachers and learnig equipments .We all understand that most teachers are hard working but they lack government support and motivation to perform their work.Teachers surve as a foundation and i feel that the govenment has been neglecting them for too long. The recent pay hike has been overdue for years but it is a good indication that the government is now moving in the right direction toward teachers.Politicians should a void politising the pay hike.I think teachers deserve more pay than politicians.
