So do i feel about the CDF kitty. This was a brilliant idea that was to see a common mwananchi at the constituency level, have a taste of the National cake! But friends, of what use is it to allow a dog watch after a bone!? Totally senceless, if you'd ask me. Therefore, no matter how good the idea of CDF could be, we can't shy from saying that it's been allocated to the wrong watchdog.
