Patiently Kenyans watched some in tears, others in laughter as the Ninth Parliament conducted the just ended house. Now the cards are in and Kenyans will evaluate their various MP’s performance. As we await for Mr. Kivuitu & the ECK team to give us the election date, let’s soldier on the issues that have continued to hinder our country from hueing out of the caves of Poverty, Corruption, Insecurity, Unemployment and Mismanagement of our Resources. Let us vote principals and Ideologies and not personalities. Let us vote for Leaders and not just Politicians. Let us ensure we do not fall victims of cheap politics trading 1kg of sugar for our vote again, let us not opt for the easy way out; Short term solution at the expence of our long term Goal. A time has come for us to give Kenya “Mwanzo Mpya.” We all have to stand and be counted.
